Cheat Food:

I have a variety of cheat food (laughing), from Burgers, Lean Crust Pizza, Waffle, Pani Puri, Dahi Kachori to my favourite these days being Rabri.

Favourite Exercise:

I love strength training, and lifting weights. So going to the gym and lifting weights is not a compulsion for me. Rather it is something I love doing.

The purpose of exercise for you is:

I started working out to build stamina because I was always a sportsperson. I enjoyed going to the gym and started lifting weights. Soon I could see results in my body. It also helped me in boosting my metabolism, and as I am a foodie, that meant I could eat everything. So now the reasons are to look good on screen, eat more and live a healthy life.

Fruit or juices:

I love both. So I start my day with fruit juice and during the day I have a glass of fruit juice.

Stairs or lift:

I will be honest, it’s usually Lifts.

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

Empty stomach workout in the gym or an outdoor jog (if gym not possible because of a hectic schedule). I follow it up with a nice high-protein breakfast comprising eggs.

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

Surya Namaskar and variations in push-ups, crunches and My VR set Boxing game.

Yoga Or Weights:

I tried Yoga but Yoga hamse na hoga. Because I love weight training so much, it is hard for me to switch. So Surya Namaskar is the entire yoga session that I perform every day.

Walking or Jogging:

After a lot of research, I have come to the conclusion of walking for 50 minutes and 10 minutes jogging.

Your take on health supplements:

Yes, multivitamins

Your take on six-pack abs:

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

To maintain my 6-pack abs. That is the biggest motivation for me. I have had abs since my teenage, so that’s my benchmark. The hardest thing to do is to maintain abs.

One tip for everyday fitness:

Walk and talk. In Corona times, it is mandatory to take out 30 minutes every day for your fitness routine.
