Favourite Exercise:

I enjoy doing leg exercises. They are the building block of one’s body.

The purpose of exercise for you is:

Only fitness. A healthy lifestyle, these are the purpose of my exercise.

Fruit or juices: 

I prefer fruits

Stairs or lift:

I usually go by lift. I avoid stairs, but I am lazy in this way

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

Meditation and Affrimations. This is followed by a cup of tea

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

Running, Cardio and Cycling. I was in Jaipur when the lockdown happened. I was extremely fit during the lockdown.

Yoga Or Weights: 

I prefer weights. I have not tried Yoga. I have heard people say that you get core strength and mental strength. But I have not tried it

Walking or Jogging:

Jogging

Your take on health supplements:

If you know that you require it, you can take it. But go for a good brand name for health supplements. Go for Ayurveda.

Best way to burn calories:

Running, there is nothing better than it.

Your take on six-pack abs:

It’s trending right now. In our industry, preferences get less if you do not have six-pack abs. But I believe that having it makes one very unhealthy.

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I want to feel light and energetic throughout the day. I take up specific goals only if a project requires me to do something different.

One tip for everyday fitness:

Change your cycle. Wake up early, sleep early, and eat 3-4 hours before you sleep in the night. Include 30 minutes of running in your daily schedule.
