Your best morning routine will comprise of:
Get up at around 4:30 am and check all the emails etc and call the family in India as they are 5.5 hours ahead. Later take in some lemon juice and go for a walk. ♂️

Your take on health supplements:
A lot of supplements now help us to reach the amount of vitamin, a protein that we need every day. But perhaps due to busy schedules we don’t manage. So if we try and get decent genuine health supplements and follow the dosage advised, it’s not too bad I suppose. I l reach for plant protein if possible.
Best way to burn calories:
Have a disciplined routine and avoid binge eating. Please do some exercises, anything but it’s a must more so nowadays.
One tip for everyday fitness:
Walk and don’t sit in one place for a long time.
