I don’t like going to the gym that much. But still, I make sure I go twice a week to the gym for weight lifting. Rest I go for walks or jogging at night, a usual daily practice for an hour

To stay fit and glowing. Good fitness level actually shows up on the skin too

Oh! I love having fruits

Stairs or lift:

Depends upon what I am wearing. No, actually I think I am more of a “lift” person

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

Wake up> I take my black coffee > freshen up > healthy and heavy breakfast. I never skip my breakfast.

No, I don’t take any health supplements.

Best way to burn calories:

The workout works up to only 20%. 80% is your diet. So better to have a good and healthy diet as per your body requirements

Oh! I don’t have it and I am cool with it ?

If required for my work, I have no issue in working on them.

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I love having big ass. May be that’s my only personal goal now ??
