Depends. Going up will be by lift. Coming down probably by stairs

 Whey Protein is good. You just need to pick the right brand. They are important if you are working out. Otherwise not so much

Only have them for shoots. I never have a six-pack all the time. When I am on a shoot, I work harder and get them
