Young and talented actor Sheezan Khan, who is currently entertaining the masses as Alibaba in Sony Sab’s latest offering Alibaba Dastaan-e-Kabul, has been a fitness freak since childhood. With his knowledge of fitness and with the understanding of the form required to play the character Alibaba, he has been more consistent with his workout and cautious about what he has been eating. With his dedication towards his fitness, as of today, he has healthily gained 14 kgs. In a fun fitness segment, Sheezan revealed his workout routine, cheat food, and more.
What is your cheat food?
While fitness is very important to me, I’m a big foodie too. Hence I don’t have a particular preference for food for my cheat meal. I nibble on at least something throughout the day when I shoot for my show Alibaba Dastaan-e-Kabul. The thought of a good meal motivates me to give my best even while working out.
Favourite exercise?
My favourite workout days are when I get to do leg exercises, especially squats.
Your best morning routine will comprise of
I start my day around 5:30 am, drink a hot cup of water, freshen up and leave for my shoot of Alibaba Dastaan-e-Kabul. Before leaving for my shoot, I plan my entire meal plan, to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My mother helps me a lot with that, she also maintains a schedule for me. I watch what I eat and also make sure that I consume the right amount of calories at the right time.

I really enjoy working out at the gym and that is why purchased an entire gym setup for my house so that I could continue with the workout routine

Best way to burn calories
Just don’t wish to burn calories. Work towards it by doing exercise and physical activities such as walking, bicycling, and swimming. These are the best ways to burn calories.
One tip for everyday fitness
Eat healthy! Try to at least walk every day to keep your bones strong. Even machines start debilitating over time, and we’re humans after all. Working hard and eating well should do the trick of keeping you fit!
