Empty stomach workout followed with a good heavy high protein and carbs breakfast

Running and walking

Yoga Or Weights:

Combination of both mostly weights

A protein shake is good for people who work out and lift weights. One should take that especially if you are a vegetarian

Best way to burn calories:

HIIT workout

Your take on six-pack abs:

Not a big fan of having them because it’s hard to maintain that round the year. But if you can naturally do that, nothing like it

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

Goal is to remain fit. Be in shape for a healthy lifestyle

One tip for everyday fitness:

At least try working out 4 days a week. Eat healthy food and avoid junk food as much as possible. Have your cheat days. Eat everything but in small quantities
