Palak Sindhwani the talented young actor who is enthralling her huge fanbase with her amazing acting prowess in the Sony SAB show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is a fitness freak to the core. She believes in going through a regimented lifestyle when it comes to her fitness and diet routines.

Favourite Exercise:

Current favourite – lunges and squats as I recently joined a gym, waise I’m a yoga person

Fruit or juices:

Both work, but if I’ll have to pick one, then juices, preferably watermelon or orange.

Stairs or lift:

Depends on the number of stairs, haha! Lift because it saves a lot of time.

Your best morning routine:

Stretching, hydration, fresh air, I open my window as soon as I get up. I maintain a journal or sometimes read 10-15 pages, then work out, do yoga/gym, followed by a shower, skincare and later, breakfast.

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

I used to do Zumba a lot at my place and I used to make my brother and mom do it too with me.

Your take on health supplements:

I would say avoid it, if you want, go for natural and Ayurvedic products which are available in the market, and follow a healthy and clean diet, and a proper routine.

Best way to burn calories:

Zumba, if you love dancing like me, or you can do cardio, go for a run.

One tip for everyday fitness:

Do any physical activity, whatever you like from swimming to walking to dancing, it’ll make you feel calm and relaxed mentally as well.
