It’s natural to question if someone you like likes you back if you have a crush on them. Fortunately, you might be able to tell simply by watching how they act while you’re present. Your crush can appear anxious when chatting to you, inquire if you’re in a relationship, or make reasons to hang out with you if they genuinely like you. Try not to read too much into your crush’s behavior, and remember that you can always be direct and ask whether they like you as well!
1. Check to see whether they communicate with you on social media frequently.
If your crush is interested in you, he or she would most likely follow you on all of your social media accounts in order to learn as much as possible about you. Look to see whether they send you Instagram messages, tag you in Facebook postings, or communicate with you frequently on other social media platforms.
2. Keep an eye on what time they text or phone you.
Your crush may not be as interested as you are if they only text you late at night or when they’re bored. When someone cares about you, they’ll text or phone you anytime they’re thinking about you, such as when they have spare time throughout the day and want to know what you’re up to, or when something amazing happens and they want to tell you about it.
3. Take note of how frequently they text or phone you.
Someone who is genuinely interested in you would want to speak with you on a regular basis. If you and your crush have frequent long talks or even simply send a few brief messages throughout the day, it’s probable that you have strong affections for each other.
