Kanika Mann the Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega star is a livewire when it comes to spreading happiness and warmth!!
The actress enjoys a huge fanbase and feels privileged to get all the love.
On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, we had a word with Kanika on her plans.
Who will be your Valentine this year?
Just because I am single and all alone in Mumbai, I will be spending Valentine’s day with my own self.
What is the significance of this day for you?
I don’t find this day exciting as such. To be very honest, for us all our days should be Valentine. But out of all these days, we get a day when we try and do all special things for our partner and to say ‘I love you’ in many other ways as not all of us are expressive. So that day the girl or the boy expects ‘Kam se Kam Aaj toh bol de’ (laughs)
Do you believe in celebrating it for the whole of the Valentine’s week? If yes take us through the plans
Since I am a girl, I definitely feel special whenever someone gives me gifts. So if someone will give me gifts for the entire week, I will of course feel special throughout the week. I see these videos on Instagram and I love the concepts.
Do you have any cute/strange Valentine’s experience where you have been proposed? If yes tell us about it.
All these moments of our school days remain very special to our hearts because after that I feel we have become mature. So there was this guy in my school; I was in 9th and he was a year younger than me. He left chocolates, roses and a card for me. Everyone back then knew that I liked Ferrero chocolate a lot. When I came to know about it, I asked him you are like my brother, right? You are smaller to me (laughs) Today, I laugh recollecting all those moments.
What will your reaction be if someone does propose to you this year?
I don’t think anyone will because I am in no mood to get into a relationship whatsoever.
Who will you give a rose to on Rose Day?
I am only buying these things for the shoot, as the camera is my only partner.
Your message to your fans this Valentine’s Day will be
I feel whoever is in a relationship, very good! The week must have been definitely special for them. For those who don’t have a partner, I hope that they find someone by next year so that they will be able to celebrate it with great pomp next year.
