Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid are said to be calling it quits after two years of dating. Their relationship was “going through a crisis,” according to the US Sun. Dua Lipa was in London and Los Angeles working on her new album at the time, while Hadid stayed in New York, fuelling reports that the couple’s relationship wasn’t working out.
“They’re no longer dating,”, adding that they haven’t seen each other since November. The former couple has kept their connection quiet for the most part, however, they have shared photographs of each other on Instagram, both from their Halloween festivities last year.
Lipa is good friends with Bella and Gigi Hadid, Hadid’s sisters, and is frequently pictured with them at events. Following Dua Lipa’s appearance at both girls’ birthday celebrations in 2019, rumors of them dating began to circulate. In September of that year, they confirmed their relationship by walking the runway together at Marc Jacobs’ New York Fashion Week presentation. She then revealed to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that she met Hadid at a barbecue and that they became friends.
