Make your girl child open and free so that she doesn’t need to hide her relationship or anything that happened to her. Also, make your boy child understand the value of women.
Allowing for the night is okay for boys but is fine with girls. And as you advise a girl to be on and stay away from strangers etc. Teach your son to respect every woman or girl on the street at night instead of teasing them.
And most importantly, teach them to share their work and help each other, instead of giving all the household loads to the girl and sending your boy to play. While treating them equally, do not undertreat boys just for being boys.
