Chakra is a Sanskrit word, which means energy points in your body. There are 7 chakras in our body and each of these chakras are located in the specific area of the spine and each one focuses on a certain aspect of one’s health. Let’s understand each of these 7 chakras.
ROOT CHAKRA. This chakra helps with physical issues such as arthritis, constipation, and bladder or colon problems. It also addresses emotional issues of insecurity, finances or anything concerning our basic needs and well-being.
SACRAL CHAKRA.
Issues with this chakra can be seen through problems that are associated with organs like urinary tract infection, lower back pain and impotency. This chakra is emotionally connected. Pleasure, sexuality, and creativity are aspects that strongly relate to this chakra.
SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA.
This chakra is related to our self-esteem and confidence. Blockages in the third chakra are often experienced through digestive issues like ulcers, heartburn, eating disorder and digestion problems. It’s a chakra of its power.
HEART CHAKRA.
This chakra is related to physical health through heart problems, asthma and weight issues. Blocks in the heart chakra are often seen even more clearly through people’s action.
THROAT CHAKRA.
This Chakra is located in the throat. It is associated with the communication. Voice and throat as well as problems in the surrounding area such as teeth, gum and mouth can indicate a blockage.
THIRD EYE CHAKRA.
It’s the location between the eyes and on the forehead. It addresses problems like headaches, cochleae issues, or issues concerning lack of concentration.
CROWN CHAKRA.
Its location is at top of one’s head. It’s considered chakra of enlightenment and our connection to our life’s purpose and spirituality. This chakra is also linked to another chakra as it associated with brain and nervous system.
