Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries Ltd. has been a buyer of many mysterious properties all over the country. Once again, the company has caught the mystery buyer of an $80 million beach villa in Dubai, which is the biggest ever property deal, people familiar with the deal said. The property was reportedly purchased for the youngest son, Anant. The beachside property has 10 bedrooms, a private spa, and indoor and outdoor pools, per local media reports.

However, according to the reports, Anant is one of the heirs to Ambani’s $93.3 billion property. The world’s 11th richest man is slowly handling the work in hand of his children after the expansion of his empire into green energy, tech, and electronic commerce.

The family is actively working on its real estate works overseas with all three siblings, as reported by one of the people. However, Reliance Industries spent $79 million last year to purchase Stoke Part Ltd. in the United Kingdom. The house was purchased for the older son, Akash, now the chairman of telecom operator Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.

While Dubai is becoming a special market for the Ultra-rich biggies of the world, the country is offering long-term golden visas for foreigners. So British footballer David Beckham and his wife Victoria and B-town romance King Shah Rukh Khan will be neighbors of Ambani’s new residence.
