On August 15 aka Independence Day, the Central government urged us to commemorate “Independence Day” as a national event with tremendous enthusiasm. Accordingly, the nation will implement the Har Ghar Tricolor program. Every house will display the tricolor, but the flag code must also be adhered to. The locals are unsure how to properly display the tricolor at their residences in the district and what must be done to preserve the tricolor’s honor. This is an attempt to respond to it.

The citizens are required to fly the flag from August 13 to August 15 in their homes.

When planting the flag, the orange side should be near the top of the stick.

Make sure the flag is not raised in the incorrect position. The multicolored flag should be rectangular. The flag should be 3 X 2 in terms of length to width. The flag must be composed of a fabric that is either woven or spun from polyester, wool, silk, or khaki.

Under no circumstances should a national flag that is partially broken, torn, or twisted be flown. If the flag is flown inside the offices, the flag code must be adhered to. At dawn and dusk, the flag should be raised and lowered, respectively. –

While hoisting the tricolor from home to house, there is no need to take it down every evening. –

The National Flag shall not be flown beside any other flag on the same pole. – Fold the flag correctly and store it after lowering it.

Flags made of plastic shouldn’t be used.

Flags that are torn or crumpled shouldn’t be flown.

On the stick or the end of the pole where the flag is raised, flowers or garlands are not permitted.

The National Flag should be the only flag flown, and no other flag shall fly next to it. The flag must not come in contact with water or soil. The flag shouldn’t be flown or tied in a way that causes it torn.

The flag shouldn’t be handled or stored in a way that causes it to get filthy. – The flag should not have any letters of any kind written on it. –

The national flag shouldn’t be displayed everywhere, including on curtains for homes. –

After the missionary term is through, the flag shouldn’t be flung. It needs to be treated with respect. – Don’t wrap anything in tricolor.
