One such flight attendant, Celina Bedding, has talked about what she brings into the plane and what she absolutely avoids drinking or eating while on a flight.
“NEVER drink tap water from the plane lavatory,” she advised travelers, whether they were frequent travelers, infrequent travelers, seasonal travelers, or soon-to-be first-time travelers, in an interview with the Express.
The flight attendant said, “Many studies have proved it’s not sanitary for drinking”. Given that most airplanes have it by the tap, you could have previously seen the sign.
“You may have thought it’s just a way to get you to buy a drink. But it’s actually for your own health,” she issued a warning.
The crew member gave the following food advice: “to avoid plane food as much as you can.”
She noted that a lot of salt is found in airplane meals, particularly the most well-liked hot foods like ham and cheese toasties and other pre-made sandwiches.
