Aalika Shaikh who currently seen as Kesar in Star Bharat show Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 2, has carved a niche for herself in the industry. The actress got in a candid chat with IWMBuzz.com for our travel segment and revealed her travel buddy, road trip experience and more.
Travel by plane, car, or boat – What do you like?
If given a chance I would travel my whole life on my bike which is the Kawasaki Versus 1000. Because apart from an actor I am a hard-core pillion rider and have a great inclination towards bikes.
Your most memorable travel was:
My most memorable travel was to Leh Ladakh which I covered in 20 days about 800 km on a bike it was a beautiful experience.
Vacation spot you long to go:
I was supposed to go to Koh Samui in March but the lockdown happened.
Your favorite travel buddy:
My best travel buddies would be my boyfriend Rohin Robert and my dog Sharo.
Styled up or Casual during travel:
I believe when you travel you experience a lot of new things so one should be in a very comfortable zone to experience such beautiful things. I prefer being very casual and comfortable when I travel.
Your top three traveling essentials:
Good bunch of hair ties and clips. I like tied hair so it is essential for me. Good pair of shoes and socks
Land, Hills or Beaches – your preferred choice:
My preference will always be hills, I love the mountains, I love trekking.
Do you prefer solo travel or with someone else?
I am open to solo travelling also and I like travelling with friends also so it doesn’t matter.
Any road trip experience:
I have many road experiences however one experience that I like to share is my trip to Leh Ladakh which I covered about 800 km on the bike during the snow. It was incredibly cold and unbelievably beautiful.
Dancing, singing or eating – your favorite habit during travel?
When I travel I like to sing, dance and eat a lot of food because I am a foodie. I like to keep my stomach full so that I keep enjoying the beautiful scenic view and not get irritated because of my hunger.
