When your financial account is in charge, you must pick up your travels with greater care (and wisdom). That’s why I did some research on the best economical destinations to visit, and these are my top suggestions for budget travelers.

Turkey

Turkey is unique, a rare combination of eastern and western culture, and home to some of the world’s most magnificent beauty. It’s been on my bucket list for a long time. There is plenty to see and do, as well as breathtaking landscape and delectable cuisine. Shawarma, also known as kababs or donair-kababs, is available for as little as $2 USD. The majority of hostels in the country will cost you between $20 and $30 USD a night.

Sri Lanka

Spend roughly $20 USD each day sleeping on the beach in a small cabana and eating at budget cafés. A bus ticket from one end of the island to the other costs about $20 USD, or you may hire a car and driver for the day for $55-70 USD. A normal café dinner will cost you between $2 and $4 USD. To continue with the low-cost living, you may locate a double room in a guesthouse (usually with an amazing view) for roughly $20 USD per night or less.

Cambodia

Cambodia, like its neighbors Vietnam and Thailand, has a rich history, wonderful food, and a respectable nightlife scene, but it is far less developed and therefore frequented. So, if you’re looking to see an off-the-beaten-path Southeast Asian nation, Cambodia is a must-see. A local dinner costs about $1-3 USD in a restaurant or on the street. A double room with a fan will cost you $4 USD, while an air-conditioned room will cost you $6 to $8 USD. Of course, you have control over how much you spend, and a reasonable hotel room will still cost roughly $15 to $20 USD.
