Chris Pratt, the well-known Marvel actor is quite the popular actor. Since his debut, the actor has performed in quite a few blockbusters, including the Jurassic World and Guardians of the Galaxies movie series. He has earned quite a fortune over the years and has built quite a cozy home for his family.
As per a “The Richest” report, one of his most recent properties is the $15 million mansions in the high-end neighborhood of Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. They moved into the home, after some construction which took 2 years, back in 2021. The husband and wife put in a lot of effort to make it a dream home for their daughter.
The house has a great view of Catalina Island and the Pacific ocean. According to the same report, it was constructed in 1995 in a Mediterranean style and covered 8000 sq. ft. of living space.
The home already had a great structure all they added were some renovations. While the living space is just 8000 sp. ft., the entirety of the property spans over 10000 sq. ft.
The home has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a Chef’s kitchen installed with top-end appliances, a wine cellar, a home gym, and a multicar garage for their collection of swanky cars. As per the reports, a few aerial shots show that the couple is building a pool house instead of keeping the green backyard. They also added a seating area next to it for some family time outdoors.
This new home of theirs is cozy with a side of elegance. It has a traditional structure mixed in with the couple’s personal touch.
