We all have known Arjun Kapoor’s fitness journey. The actor used to be 143 kilos before he joined the industry. Talking about it he said, “Before I started, I lost around 50 kgs. I was in my 20s then, I went from 143 kgs down to 93 kgs. But 10 years later, my body has changed. I have had injuries, health issues, workload, etc. But it’s not that I’m not mentally capable. It might take me longer physically to do it, which is why it has taken me 15 months to get into shape,”
In the video, we can see him wearing ideal gym adorns. He wore a baggy full-sleeved quick dry gym t-shirt. He teamed it with black joggers and a pair of white sneakers. The actor could be seen performing skipping, to kick start his day for workout. Skipping is good form of cardiovascular exercise. It just doesn’t help burn your calories quick but also keeps your heart healthy. Skipping also increases your stamina and eliminates fatigue.
