Yash and Radhika Pandit are known for their inspiring love story in the Kannada film industry. The couple who began their journey as co-stars, friends and now life partners spilt all their insides of how they actually broke the news of their relationship in front of their parents.
The duo is always seen sharing appreciation notes for each other on social media and dropping some good to go family goals with daughter Arya and son Yatharv. The couple went candid on how they revealed their marriage plans to their parents in an interview with Bangalore Times.
Radhika Pandit said, “My parents always knew that he was a special friend. I am more a friend than a daughter and share everything with them. They were with me when he proposed. They were fond of him too, so it wasn’t really a tough thing for me to talk or convince my parents.”
Adding to that, Yash said, “There was no special meet the parents. I decided to take her home on a special day – Varamahalakshmi. It was the first time I had brought someone home and my mother looked at me and knew she was special to me and the one. Radhika: In fact, she even gave me a doll on that day, which is meant to only be given to the daughter-in-law of the house. So, it was kind of understood in both of our homes.”
