Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, the first chapter of Ayan Mukerji’s eagerly awaited trilogy, debuted its trailer on June 15. Since then, news headlines have been buzzing with rumours that Deepika Padukone may make a special appearance in the movie as “Parvati.” However, in a recent interview, director Ayan Mukerji finally ended these rumours.
Ayan Mukerji cleared the rumours in an interview with Mirchi Plus; he stated, ” I know nothing about this, Part 2 maybe. It is a good suggestion for part 2. Maybe you will get to see them (Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone) then. Brahmastra is not really about Lord Shiva. Ranbir’s character is just called Shiva in it. My greatest hero is Shiv Bhagwan. There is a lot of inspiration that I’ve put my way into this film and this character. So, there is no role for Parvati in Part One or Part Two, or Part Three. To some extent, as it says in the movie’s dialogue, Isha is Shiva’s Parvati in this trilogy.”
Famous actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy also play essential roles in Brahmastra Part One: Shiva. The fantasy drama movie will be released theatrically on September 9, 2022. Fans are eager to see this movie, and the actors are busy promoting it. Now it’s clear that Deepika Padukone is not cast in the film. However, the lovely chemistry between Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt has just mesmerized us and made us fall in love with them.
