As per the reports in msn, the house was earlier owned by a Gujarati businessman Nariman Dubash and it was called ‘Villa Vienna’. After he sold the property for a reported Rs 13.32 crore (approx) to SRK, the house was quickly reconstructed for the superstar’s family to move into.
