Hero Fiennes Tiffin, a British model, and actor, is a rising star in the worldwide fashion industry. The former Harry Potter hero, 23, is a regular on its front row at names like Salvatore Ferragamo, and he has been in advertisements for Dolce & Gabbana, Woolrich, and Oliver Peoples.
It’s no wonder, however, that he was among the few invited to the premiere of Kim Jones’ Dior Spring/Summer 2022 collection. Fiennes Tiffin was required to dress in fragments from either the Parisian building’s new offering for last week’s show, having cemented his legacy as a companion of the product in the past few seasons he also attended Jones’ Dior Fall 2020 exhibition, alongside Kim Kardashian, Evan Mock, as well as David Beckham, in Miami just at the finish of 2019.
“Wearing Dior is a delight,” Fiennes Tiffin told GQ exclusively. The quality of the garments is palpable. “I’m at ease, collected, and ready to put my best foot forward.” The young actor dressed casually for the event, which included a collaboration with Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack brand, in an ensemble that reflected his own laid-back attitude. He characterized the combination, which included a pastel-pink logo-detailed sweatshirt and slim-fit slacks, as “exactly the type of stuff I would have in my own closet.”
Jones was wearing a pair of Jones’ sleek monogrammed B27 shoes, which debuted last year and have since become a Dior hallmark design. Meanwhile, his fingers were studded with gleaming baubles developed for Jones’ Winter 2021 collection by Dior’s jewelry partner Yoon Ahn, co-founder of the label Ambush.
“Kim Jones never misses,” Fiennes Tiffin said. “His designs are usually very clean, and I adore his attention to detail, even on the tiniest scale. That is sometimes ignored, yet it makes a huge impact.”
