Check Out These 3 Films Starring Akshay Kumar That Are Downright Hilarious

We recall why Kumar has established himself as comedy's underappreciated king!

Since his full-fledged debut in 1991 with “Saugandh,” Akshay Kumar has been a Bollywood celebrity. He holds a special place in our hearts as a result of his 25 years in the field. Kumar has thrilled us in over 100 films throughout the years. Regardless, he is mainly known as “Khiladi” due to his numerous acting roles and the “Khiladi” film franchise.

However, we sometimes ignore the fact that the actor is also an award-winning comic when he flaunts his sculpted abs or serious acting talents in films like “Holiday,” “Special 26,” “Oh My God,” and even “Rustom.”

We’ve compiled a list of 3 of Kumar’s most amusing flicks so you can add them to your “to-watch” list while you fangirl/fanboy over him.

1. “Hera Pheri” (2000)

The film directed by Priyadarshan will go down in history as one of the funniest Bollywood films ever made. Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty, together with Gulshan Grover and Tabu, created “Hera Pheri”, a tremendously entertaining journey. Kumar portrays Raju, who becomes unwittingly entangled in an abduction scheme with his roommates Baburao and Shyam, with amusing results.

2. “Mujhse Shaadi Karogi” (2004)

This rom-com, directed by David Dhawan, was an instant smash when it was released. Sunny is played by Kumar and he is a man who is aiming to ruin his roommate Sameer (Salman Khan) and take the girl he loves, Rani (Priyanka Chopra). Sunny’s true motivations are revealed via a sequence of blunders and hilarious moments.

3. “Garam Masala” (2005)

Some comedies are best enjoyed when we put our heads down and decide to just have a good time. One of these is “Garam Masala,” which fulfills its job admirably. After being misled by his buddy Sam (John Abraham), Kumar portrays photographer Makrand, who becomes engaged to three different air hostesses and juggles these relationships without anybody knowing.
