Rana Daggubatti is one of the most sensational actors in the Telugu film industry. He has also worked in a few Hindi and Tamil movies as well. The actor has made quite an impression in the industry and gained quite a massive fan following since he first started his career. He is very well known for his role in the Baahubali movies. Here are 5 movies that Rana Daggubati rejected.
1) Thani Oruvan (2015):
The original Kollywood movie starred the actor, Jayam Ravi as the lead character. Mohan Raja, the director however, had first approached Rana for the role. But the actor rejected the proposal as he was busy with Rajamouli’s Baahubali.
2) 1945:
The actor had actually shot a couple of parts of the movie. But after some issues with the director and producers came up, the actor decided to leave the movie halfway and moved on to other projects.
3) Pataas:
The movie starred the actor Kalyan Ram and it was one of his biggest hits. The director, Anil Ravipudi first approached Rana but was rejected for reasons.
4) Rayabhari:
The director, Krish, known for his periodic movies had revealed the script of Rayabhari to Rana Daggubatti. But the actor wasn’t convinced. The movies never reached the sets.
5) Sita:
This movie was an average hit. It had a good cast with Bellamkonda as the lead. Director Teja first told Rana about the script but since the actor had a few health issues, he couldn’t agree to the project.
