Chris Hemsworth’s Biceps Might Shock You; Check Them Out Now

Chris Hemsworth gained so much muscle for his fourth solo Thor film that his stunt double, Bobby Holland Hanton, really found it difficult to keep up with the Asgardian actor’s increases. This looked typical of the Marvel universe, where each new film is more bombastic than the last, and actors’ bodies undergo dramatically more dramatic changes, but it might also be explained by the fact that this most recent Thor installment contained Hemsworth’s first naked scene.

Hemsworth has also been flaunting his bicep growth at every chance, even though his butt may have stolen the show during the Omnipotent City sequence—squats must have undoubtedly been a part of his movie preparation. In a recent behind-the-scenes snapshot captured on the Love and Thunder set, he had just repeated the feat.

He captioned the picture in which he is holding Marvel’s master wig maker, hair stylist Luca Vannella, in a headlock, saying, “People frequently ask me for training advice, and I’ve learned it’s simpler to show them rather than teach them.” He continued, “I’m going to show you one of my favorite workouts right here.” It is known as “break the nut.”

Hemsworth worked hard on arm day, but other actors in Thor: Love and Thunder did as well. Natalie Portman was given the opportunity to return to the series as Dr. Jane Foster and Taika Waititi tasked her with growing “as big as possible” so she could start her own superhero saga. She also took her role as the Mighty Thor very seriously, training every day for almost a year to prepare for the role and dazzle Hemsworth with her “otherworldly” metamorphosis.
