He’s been upping the ante on his workouts since landing the lead part in the upcoming biopic of the ’80s and ’90s pop culture phenomenon Hulk Hogan, working harder than ever to grow more muscle and put on enough girth to convincingly depict a professional wrestler. But this movie is not exactly his only source of motivation since he has been focusing on his muscular body since long back. His mighty body is the reason why the role of Mighty Thor from Marvel movies suits him perfectly.
The actor has published footage of his fat-burning, muscle-building sledge pulls, and boxing training on Instagram throughout his metamorphosis, which has included gaining incredibly jacked biceps. Recently he published a video on his Instagram profile in which he was seen doing hardcore exercises and strength training. The caption included his journey of how he built his muscular body while filming for Thor as well as how he feels grateful to get enough time at home to spend more and more time on his strength training. ‘Eat, Train, Sleep and Repeat’ is his motto towards building a strong and fit body.
