Cole Sprouse And All His Iconic Series’ We Love

You Must Watch These Cole Sprouse's Films and TV Programs if You Enjoy Jughead on "Riverdale"

Cole Sprouse is loved by both of us. Now that we have that out of the way, we can finally accept that he appeared in films other than Suite Life, Friends, and Big Daddy. Before and throughout their time on the Disney Channel, Cole and his twin brother Dylan worked on a tonne of underappreciated projects. Although Cole is most known now for his portrayal as Jughead Jones on Riverdale, numerous of his earlier performances bear some resemblance to the comic book character. There can only be one Jughead, of course, but take a look at some of Cole’s lesser-known parts in these films and TV shows. You’ll see some parallels.

Five Feet Apart
Jughead is sort of portrayed as a rebel with a cause in Riverdale. Cole Sprouse also portrays a rebel in the film Five Feet Apart, but this time it’s to spend time with a girl he’s falling for. Two teenagers with cystic fibrosis are required to maintain a minimum distance of five feet between them at all times for the sake of their health in the heartfelt drama Five Feet Apart. It becomes much more difficult to abide by the rules as the teens begin to fall for one another.

I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus
The lads took on the role of Justin Carver, a good boy who abruptly became bad after witnessing Santa Claus kissing his mother and erroneously thinking that St. Nick intended to take his position as his father. Although Riverdale doesn’t have a feel-good ending like this movie does, some of Jughead’s rare, fun moments in Season 1 are similar to this Christmas movie.
