Both Friends stars took to Instagram to share a selfie wearing matching blue tie-dye protective face masks to raise awareness during the COVID-19 outbreak. Both posts asked people to think about the implications of not wearing a mask, with Aniston emphasizing that the duo’s buddy had been struggling in the ICU with COVID-19 despite having no underlying problems. In her caption, she said, “The one step we can take is PLEASE #wearadamnmask.” The stars were said to have met for the reunion of their much-loved sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S. The reunion was supposed to take place earlier but had to be postponed due to the pandemic.
