For all lovers of spy-thrillers and mystery content, the James Bond series has been a very popular and binge-worthy watch. Over the years, we have seen many actors with their own unique skill sets and diversity play the character of James Bond but one man who has particularly made it popular in the Asian part of the world is Daniel Craig.
So, what does Daniel have to say about the possibility of a woman playing the character of James Bond in the near future? How does he see the same prospect? Well today, we spill the beans.
As per reports in Koimoi, during an exclusive conversation with Radio Times, Daniel was quoted as saying,
“Why should a woman play James Bond when there should be a part just as good as James Bond, but for a woman?”
He further added,
“To be completely honest, I was thinking, ‘I don’t know if I can do another one of these.’ I finished filming Spectre with a broken leg,” Craig explained. He continued, “To your point about being in my fifties now, I thought, ‘Do I have this in me? Do I want to go through all of this?’ I needed a break. But a little more skill in the answer might have been better. I was joking, but it came across as ungrateful.”
