Deepika Padukone is one of the most brilliant Indian actresses with a career spanning more than 15 years. She began her acting career with television commercials, modelling, and background dancing. With XXX: Return Of Xander Cage, she made a reputation for herself in Hollywood. She will soon be seen in another Hollywood movie with a cross-cultural theme, the details of which are being kept a secret. Days before Gehraiyaan, in which she co-stars with Ananya Panday, Dhairya Karva, and Siddhant Chaturvedi, was released, Deepika talked candidly about her relationship with the newcomers in an old interview with the E-Times. She remarked, “I was very aware of it because I never wanted any of them to feel threatened or frightened. I suggested to Shakun that we all travel to Goa earlier so we could hang out, get to know one another, and continue reading the screenplay since this kind of movie where the interactions feel incredibly authentic and natural.
“I’d like to think that I helped them feel as at ease as I could and that they didn’t have any previous notions about me. And to sort of relating to me as a person rather than an imagined version of who I am.” she added. When asked if there was anything particular she did to make them feel a connection with her, Deepika responded that she is not the type of person who enters the filming location feeling as though others should take her seriously because she is an actor with 15 years of expertise. She continued by saying that she didn’t have to change who she was for them to accept her as she was; she just needed to be herself.
