1) RK Tattoo – When Deepika was dating Ranbir Kapoor, she had dedicated a tattoo to Ranbir however after her breakup, Deepika had to be the subject of attention to a great extent for that tattoo which she eventually modified
2) JNU Visit – Before the release of Chhapaak, Deepika made a visit at JNU campus to meet the students who were protesting. This didn’t go well with a section of society and her film Chhapaak had to bear the brunt of it to an extent
3) NCB controversy – Last but certainly not the least, her alleged drug and ‘maal’ chats due to which she was recently summoned by the NCB in Mumbai. However after just one round of summoning, Deepika went back to Goa and is currently shooting for Shakun Batra’s next.
