Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan married in 2007 and have marked milestones together, dripping with some serious couple goals. Following four years of being hitched, the couple embraced parenthood and welcomed their gorgeous daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.
Abhishek Bachchan talking about Aishwarya’s pregnancy said, that she took a backseat after Aaradhya came into their lives. The actor also praised Aishwarya calling her the “supermom”.
In the interview with Vogue, he said, “When she (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) became a mother, her career took a backseat. Today, she does everything for Aaradhya. She is a supermom. Soon after Aaradhya was born, the media went at her about her weight gain. Nasty things were written, which really upset me. If they upset her, she said nothing. ‘Water off a duck’s back,’ said Aishwarya when she saw me perturbed.” as quoted by Pink Villa.
