Her subsequent performances in films like Highway (2014), 2 States (2014), Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017), Dear Zindagi (2016), Udta Punjab (2016), Raazi (2018), and most recently, Gangubai Kathiawadi, helped her establish herself as one of the prominent actors (2022). Darlings, the most recent movie from Bhatt, debuted on Netflix earlier Today (August 5)

Since 2014, Bhatt has made several appearances in Forbes India’s Celebrity 100. In addition, Forbes Asia included Bhatt in their 2017 list of the 30 Under 30. Bhatt’s net worth in 2021, according to Hindustan Times, was Rs 517 crore. It should go without saying that her net worth is primarily derived from her film earnings. According to the Hindustan Times, Bhatt charges between Rs 15 crore and Rs 18 crore for each film. According to Forbes, at least six of her movies made more than $15 million (about Rs. 118 crores) in their first few weeks of release. But Bhatt also earns a sizable sum of money from her commercial endeavors in addition to her work in movies. These are Alia Bhatt’s three other revenue streams.

The founder and proprietor of Ed-a-Mamma, a clothing line for children between the ages of 2 and 14, is Alia Bhatt. Ed-a-Mamma, an environmentally conscious company that debuted in October 2020, creates clothing using organic materials and plastic-free buttons. According to Business Insider, the brand expanded 10X in 2021 and reached a revenue of Rs 150 crore.

Bhatt established her own production firm, Eternal Sunshine Productions, earlier this year. The newly released film Darlings, which was co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, is the debut undertaking of the production company. According to TOI, Bhatt and Shefali Shah play the key parts in the film, which Netflix purchased for Rs 80 crore.

In a few businesses, Alia Bhatt has also made hidden financial investments. Stylecracker, a personal styling platform with headquarters in Mumbai, was one of her first investments. In 2017, the actor from Gangubai Kathiawadi made a fashion investment.

The e-commerce website Nykaa, which was introduced in 2012 and grew to become one of India’s biggest businesses, received funding from Alia Bhatt in 2020.
