Akshay Kumar is one of B-town’s biggies. Last year in November the actor starred in the Horror comedy, Laxmii. The movie is the Bollywood remake of a Tamil film from 2011, Kanchana directed by Raghava Lawrence. The movie follows the lead, (the character Akshay is playing) as he gets haunted by the spirit of a transgender woman.
Everyone was intrigued by the concept of Akshay Kumar playing the lead as a man possessed by a transgender character’s spirit when the trailers had come out. Along with the trailer many of the songs also were released. One particular song with crazy dance moves took everyone’s attention. BamBholle was the song that took the internet by storm! Here Akshay was seen dancing as a transgender individual.
The song has some crazy dance moves! The dance was choreographed with some fast-paced Tandav steps by Ganesh Acharya. Akshay did an amazing job with his dance. But that isn’t the only interesting thing about the song! The backup dancers that kept up with the pace of the song were all transgender. The song had 100 transgender people as backup dancers. The energies in the song stay high at all times and never seem to fall. Akshay and the dancers really did a really great job with the song!
