Actress Zoa Morani who, along with her father and sister, was detected with the Covid 19 virus last month says it’s a joyous Eid for her.
Zoa is elated this Eid for a very special reason. “I just got to know that the patient that received the plasma I donated responded very well and recovered totally from the Covid 19 virus. I am looking forward to going and giving more blood post 24 May, as the gap of giving blood has to be over 15 days.”
To be somehow instrumental in saving lives is the greatest gift that Zoa has received this Eid.
“Feeling blessed truly! It’s an inexplicable feeling and especially in these times as there is so much misery all over the world, so to be able to be of help to someone truly feels like Eidee from God.”
Zoa is fully in a festive mood.“ I am totally dressing up and having a virtual Eid celebration. Eid has always been special for us and this year we are all just so grateful to be in good health now and that my family and I have food and a roof over our heads”
Zoa realizes this Eid is like no other. “It’s more about prayer this Eid instead of celebration. My late grandmother would have wanted that! I am making her favourite doodhi milkshake which my father loves and that’s all there is to my celebration this year.”
