The Harry Potter cast Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson have worked together for more than a decade. The three are very close as they started their acting careers together as kids.
Recently, Rupert Grint spilled beans in an interview with The Sunday Times, about his personal life and his friendship with Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson.
Rupert Grint revealed one thing that the trio never talked about when they hang out together. Rupert said that “Potter happened at such a young age and I found it hard to deal with the fame side of things. If I ever do see Dan or Emma, fame is the one thing we never talk about.”
Having got the opportunity to act at such a young age, fame was never on their mind.
During the interview, the Harry Potter star also talked about entering the new phase of his life, Fatherhood. Rupert Grint disclosed that he is conflicted with the idea of leaving acting, and the birth of his daughter has made him dive into that thought deeper.
He was quoted saying, “Becoming a dad has increased those feelings. Don’t get me wrong, I love working on ‘Servant’ and feel extremely comfortable in a TV environment. I’m eternally grateful to the Potter fans and never refuse a selfie, but I do sometimes miss my anonymity. At least lockdown allowed me to wear a mask. I did think of having one done with Dan’s face on it.”
That was it. Let us know in the comments what you think about Rupert Grint’s thoughts on taking a break from acting.
