Emma Watson’s Eating Habits

Emma Watson is one of those celebs that is impossible to despise. How can you detest someone who publicly advocates feminism and girl power, wears sustainably created apparel on the red carpet, and played a lead in Harry Potter?

Emma is more than simply a role model when it comes to human rights and the environment. We may also steal a page from her book when it comes to eating healthy. Here are a few golden tips to follow if you want to eat like Emma Watson.

AVOID OVERLY PROCESSED FOODS

This is a key aspect of Emma’s diet. She eats what she wants, but she strives to consume nutritional things like whole grains, lean proteins, and unsaturated fats.

COOK YOUR OWN FOOD

Emma likes to cook. In fact, she told Marie Claire that attending culinary school is one of the top items on her bucket list.

“I don’t like using recipes — I want to make stuff I just know how to prepare,” she explained. “If I went and actually learned, I’d be the type of person who could open the fridge and say, ‘I know what I’m going to make with this one piece of celery and this odd bit of butter and this pasta.”

EAT A LOT OF MEXICAN FOOD.

Emma has stated in several interviews that her favorite type of food is Mexican. “I’m infatuated with Mexicans,” she told The Huffington Post. In England, we don’t have Mexican food; we just kill it. When I arrive here, that’s one of the first things I do.”

DO NOT BE AFRAID TO TREAT YOURSELF.

While Emma strives to eat sensibly most of the time, she is not afraid to indulge in junk food every now and again. She notoriously slept through the Vanity Fair Oscar Celebration in 2014 and ate pizza when she woke up instead of protesting and going to the party. She’s a girl who knows that sometimes you simply need pizza.

EAT NUTELLA

Emma, like the rest of the world, adores Nutella. She even began her 18th birthday festivities with a breakfast of Nutella and strawberries. That seems like a fantastic birthday meal to us.
