Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are said to have met through mutual friends back in 2016. Here is taking a look at their relationship over the years.
Although the couple was rumored to be dating since 2016, they only made it official to the public by Sophie posting a picture of her then rumored boyfriend Joe on her Instagram, when they were seen ringing in the New Year of 2017 together in Miami. A few months after going public with their connection, the couple touched down in Paris for fashion week. Following the fashion week, the couple attended the Met Gala which followed right after but did not pose for a picture together.
In September of the same year, Joe and Sophie became dog parents by adopting a Siberian husky puppy. In the following month, Joe proposed to Sophie and obviously she said yes! Although there aren’t any details on how he proposed, we do know that it was a double band diamond ring and the couple was quick to share the same news on Instagram. In May 2019, the couple tied the knot in a surprise wedding ceremony in Las Vegas in a chapel. And in the following month, they had their second wedding ceremony in France in a picturesque 18th-century château, with their friends and family in attendance. In July of 2020, the couple greeted their baby girl Willa into this world.
