Well, we have seen many actors and actresses flaunting their transformation among the audience and making it big but Bhumi Pednekar was not among them. She kept it simple and followed the diet and kept her food healthy. But the drastic change in her was the talk of the town!

Right from starting her day with walking to doing sprints and going to train into the gym and do cardio exercise to drinking 6-7 liters of hot water a day and then getting to eat her favorite Dal Makhani and Butter Chicken to increase her weight, she had an amazing journey which made us respect her more than ever. She showed us all that if you have a positive approach then you can achieve anything.
