With an abstatic physique that we all can die for any day, any time, John Abraham truly has come a way in the industry. He’s been part of Bollywood for the past decades, and the journey looks quite wholesome.

The actor has not only paved a different way with his artistry in the town but also inspired several with his fitness journey and love for animals. The actor has proven to be truest fitness freak from the B-town. And we have countlessly witnessed how John managed to keep his physique maintained.

The actor will next be seen in the movie Pathaan. His glimpses in the film, flaunting his abstatic ripped body left entire country flabbergasted. This reminds us of his iconic showcase in the movie Dostana, that also featured Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra. However, the gap between Dostana and Pathaan is 15 years, but we don’t feel any of the heat has lessened.

Talking about his changing fitness routine, to Telegraph India, he said, “Fitness is something that I have always worked hard for. I am a firm believer of keeping myself fit to face any kind of challenge. Over the years, I have stuck to a strict diet and training regimen. From giving up sweets, unhealthy food and aerated drinks to following a proper sleep and workout schedule, I have ensured that no stone is left unturned. And presently, I prefer doing more challenging and stunt-oriented roles which require much more strength and stamina. So, it becomes more important to ensure that I stay updated on my schedule.”

Adding on the golden rule of working out, he added, “Sleep, food, and exercise — these are the main pillars of a healthy workout. Sticking to a proper sleep schedule is very important. As the saying goes, ‘early to bed, early to rise’. Next is good food, healthy food. I avoid any kind of unhealthy food and aerated drinks. Green tea, soup and whole-grain food are something that comprises my daily diet. I haven’t even eaten a sweet in nearly three decades. And definitely, exercise — it’s important to follow a strict training regimen. I need to be punctual with this schedule and ensure that I don’t miss out on my training on any given day.”
