From Kissing Booth To Euphoria Must-Watch Movies And Shows If You’re A Fan Of Jacob Elordi

Check out a list of Jacob Elordi's Must-Watch movies

The majority of aspiring actors spend months, if not years, on the audition circuit. Elordi, on the other hand, scored a huge role almost immediately in the 2018 Netflix smash rom-com The Kissing Booth as one of three romantic leads.

The following would correspond with Elordi’s most well-known part to date, that of toxic and violent sociopath Nate Jacobs in HBO’s Euphoria.

Let it be sweet loveable Noah Flynn or violent sociopath Nate Jacobs, Jacob Elordi has charmed everyone with his great talent and good looks.

☆Here’s a list of Jacob’s Must-Watch movies and TV shows

1. Euphoria

In Euphoria, Elordi’s dramatic acting skills shone as damaged high school quarterback Nate, who was described as “a case study in American teenage toxic masculinity” by W. Noah Flynn’s role in The Kissing Booth was a far cry from this one. Elordi described his role as “an emotional terrorist, a narcissist, a sociopath, a weirdo” in an interview with the fashion magazine. He did confess, though, that the casting process was “a lot of fun.”

Working on the series was also “demanding,” Elordi told The Hollywood Reporter. He said, “I don’t think I’ve ever felt so tired or confused.” It’s effortless to see why the actor would say so after scenes like Nate having a nervous breakdown on his bedroom floor after confronting his father. Elordi’s dedication to his Euphoria role has clearly paid off for the series, which has received nine Emmy nominations and three Emmy victories.

2. The Mortuary Collection

Following The Kissing Booth, Elordi’s next film endeavor was The Mortuary Collection. The ominous tales in this year’s horror anthology are recounted by a strange mortician, with Elordi portraying “charming, regular” Jake.

Director Jake Spindell explained in behind-the-scenes footage from the film that Elordi’s audition tape was the first one he received, and there was no doubt about how wonderful he was for the part. “He just smashed it,” Spindell recounted, “and I was like, ‘I can’t picture anyone else doing it.'” I could tell he was going to be a superstar from the first day we worked together.”

The Mortuary Collection received a slew of awards and nominations, including the prestigious Fantasia Film Festival Audience Award. Elordi was also nominated for a FilmQuest award for Best Supporting Actor, so there’s even more incentive to see the terrifying film.

3. 2 Hearts

2 Hearts is a genuine story that will be released in 2020. Elordi plays Chris, a college student whose life is profoundly connected to that of a wealthy Cuban expatriate named Jorge. The film’s core theme is romance, as Elordi’s character navigates his romantic impulses for Sam (played by Tiera Skovbye).

Prior to the actor filming The Kissing Booth, 2 Hearts director Lance Hool told Deadline that he chose Elordi through an open audition. “I saw him before they did,” Hool claimed, “and they [Netflix] were the first to bring him out, but we’re the first theatrical to bring him out.”

4. The Kissing Booth

Vince Marcello wrote and directed The Kissing Booth, a 2018 American teen romantic comedy film based on Beth Reekles’ 2012 novel of the same name. Joey King, Jacob Elordi, and Joel Courtney feature in the film.
