The Eternals are supported characters created by Jack Kirby, a good magazine writer, and artist. Kirby created The Eternals, a comic book series about immortal, super-powered aliens who have covertly shared the world with mankind for many years, within the late 1970s. Kirby explains how the Celestials, god-like entities, formed the Eternals.
What distinguishes the Eternals from other Marvel races like the X-Men and Inhumans (at least within the comic books) is that they do not believe in only one or two powers. Supporting the footage thus far, it’s that the MCU’s Eternals team won’t necessarily maintain all of its magazine abilities. Rather, Chloé Zhao emphasizes the range of their talents, with each Eternal utilizing their shared gift of golden cosmic energy in their unique way.
In the official Eternals synopsis, Richard Madden’s Ikaris is defined as “all-powerful,” which matches how he appears within the comics. Sersi’s ability to control matter on such a huge scale puts her before all Eternals during this area. She will alter the molecules in an object into whatever she wants. Because Kingo has only made a couple of appearances in Marvel Comics, the precise boundaries of his Eternal power are unknown.
His ability with a sword sets him aside from the others. Gilgamesh, who is going to be performed by Don Lee, is the only Earth-based Eternal stronger than Ikaris. Sprite has the looks of a child, despite her immortality. Makkari, played by Lauren Ridloff, is confirmed to be “super-fast” in Eternals.
Makkari spends most of his time within the comics harnessing cosmic energy to enhance his speed, as his ultimate goal is to become the fastest person within the universe.
Druid’s powers are like those of his fellow Eternals for the foremost part, however, one power that he appears to possess more control over is telepathy. Ajak has all of the powers of a typical Eternal within the comics, but he can interact together with his makers, the Celestia, while the others can’t. Dane Whitman, played by Kit Harington, isn’t a member of the Eternals. Regardless, he’ll play a crucial role within the film, forming a bond with Sersi and presumably assisting the crew in some way.
