First-time parents Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are expecting a child. Bhatt posted a picture of herself and Kapoor from the hospital where they appeared to be in the middle of a sonography session to announce the big news on her Instagram. Alia captioned the photo with the phrase “Our baby….. coming soon” to share the good news with her friends and followers.
While congratulations from both their friends and family members came in for Alia and Ranbir. Gal Gadot, who co-starred with the actress in Heart of Stone, was one of them and left a beautiful comment on the picture along with three heart emojis.
Alia is soon to make her Hollywood debut and will co-star in the film with Jamie Dornan and Gal Gadot. When Bhatt, 29, wed Ranbir in April of this year, Gal previously also offered her congratulations.
Fans were overjoyed to learn about Alia’s pregnancy, which came as a wonderful surprise just after the trailer for the couple’s upcoming movie, Brahmastra, was shown. Fans can’t wait to watch Alia and Ranbir on-screen together for the first time in the highly anticipated movie, which is set for release in September of this year.
Numerous celebs, including Priyanka Chopra, Karan Johar, and others, sent their good wishes in response to the couple’s pregnancy news. In response to the news, Priyanka, who will co-star with Alia in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa, said, “Congratulations, sweetheart! Yaaaaay! unable to wait”.
