Gal Gadot Shares Her Skincare Routine

Here's how Gal Gadot follows her skincare ritual.

You return home after a night out with your buddies, during which you may or may not have consumed an excessive amount of gin and tonics. You stagger into your jammies, and instead of cleansing your face as you know you should, you collapse into your nice white pillowcase, mascara-first. Does this ring a bell? Except for Gal Gadot, Wonder Woman, it’s a story that most of us are all too familiar with. The 34-year-old actress washes her face every night without fail, which is one of the numerous reasons for her superhuman radiance.

In 2018, she told E! News, “There has never been a scenario where I go to bed with makeup on.” To keep her skin hydrated from the inside out, she uses a gentle cleanser every day, drinks plenty of water, and layers on her favorite creams. Everything Gal Gadot does to maintain her skin looking great (including her go-to products!) is detailed below.

Oil cleanser and cream

Gadot told Harper’s Bazaar in 2016 that she adores cosmetics and has a cabinet full of them. “I’m continuously trying out different lotions and serums,” she explained. Sisley’s Express Flower Gel Mask is one of her favorites, while La Mer’s Cleansing Oil is her holy grail cleanser since it eliminates makeup and pollutants without drying out her skin. According to Vogue, Gadot carries an Evian water spray with her when she travels for a quick spritz and refreshes.

Does not neglect her body’s needs

Skincare isn’t just for the face and neck. Gadot uses the L’Occitane Verbena Body Salt Scrub and the brand’s shower gel to exfoliate her body in the shower. “I use a variety of body creams,” she told Bazaar, “but my favorite is Nivea Rich and Nourishing Body Moisturizer.” “It’s inexpensive, but it’s fantastic.”

Bright colors

Clearly, Gadot has few, if any, flaws that require makeup, but she told Vogue that she dislikes the heavy sensation it gives her. “As a result, I always combine my foundation and my day cream,” she explained. On an ordinary day, the Revlon spokesperson opts for a simple mascara look, but for important events, she prefers a dramatic cheek and lip.

Mediterranean diet

Your skin reflects what you eat, which is why Gadot drinks green and freshly squeezed orange juices on a regular basis. In January, she told InStyle, “I think we try to make everything much more tough and complex than it should be.” “But it’s easy for me because I’m from Israel and eat a Mediterranean diet… I attempt to make vegetables take up a large portion of the dish, followed by lean protein, and finally a tiny amount of high-quality carbs. I eat a lot of seafood and big salads with lemon and olive oil.”
