Actress Rajshree Seem who was part of the cast of Gadar: Ek Prem Katha the thunderous film starring Sunny Deol, which was released in the year 2001, is happy that she has gotten the opportunity to be a part of the big banner film in its second edition too. Rajshree who was recently shooting for Gadar 2 reprises her role of Tara Singh’s (Sunny Deol) bhabhi in the film.
Rajshree who was seen playing a pivotal role in Zee TV’s show Zindagi Ki Mehek talked to us about her experience of shooting for Gadar 2.
Says Rajshree, “When I got a call from the team of Gadar, I truly felt it was a prank. Only later did I get to know that Gadar 2 was indeed being made. I was so excited to be back to the same film that I was part of 20 years back. I received a warm welcome from the team when I visited them at their office.”
Rajshree was all praise for the newcomer and lead Utkarsh Sharma. “Along with Sunny Deol, he is perfectly aligned to play the role. I had an amazing time shooting with the cast and crew in Dharmshala.”
Rajshree is mighty happy that her role is more prominent in the second edition of the film. “I play a bigger role in Gadar 2. It will be a prominent character this time around.”
