It’s no wonder, then, that Jennifer Lopez paired her new massive green diamond engagement ring with one of the season’s hottest manicure colours: peachy neon.
Tom Bachik, J.Lo’s nail stylist, shared a photo of the diva beaming with her ring and newly painted nails on Tuesday, April 19. The colour is described as a “neon peachy pink” by Bachik, and it’s the right juxtaposition to make her engagement ring stand out.
Many people choose a sheer nude when they are engaged because it’s a great, low-key shade that doesn’t distract from the main attraction: the ring. If you’re a recently engaged J Lo, however, you can afford to mix things up a little and go for a brighter nude look.
Bachik didn’t say which nail paint and hue he used on the Hustlers star, but peachy neons are popular right now and aren’t difficult to get by. A mix of pastel and neon provides a beautiful hue for the warmer months, according to the celebrity nail artist and nail lead on Euphoria, “I’m obsessed with pastel neons since they’re a milder version of summer’s electrifying colours and feel like they’ll make a statement this spring,” she explains.
