Ever since Covid-19 pandemic happened last year, if there’s one celebrity from the Indian entertainment industry who has quite literally pushed beyond his limits to help the needy, it is Sonu Sood. The actor has been hailed as the ‘Covid-19 messiah’ of the country for all the right reasons. He has put his best foot forward in helping people relentlessly to the best of his ability and we are certainly very proud of him.
It is only natural that a person like him who helps people unconditionally and takes a stand for his fellow countrymen will be a huge patriot. So, what message does Sonu have to give this year on the special occasion of Independence Day. When we at IWMBuzz exclusively got in touch with the actor, he was quoted as saying,
“I would love to wish every Indian a very Happy 75th Independence Day. India is a very young country and on this special day, I would like to urge all the youth of this country to start coming forward and help each other out in whatever way possible. There is nothing that the youth is not capable of. They are fearless, and they need to just channelise this youthful energy towards the benefit of the nation. Our forefathers fought with their lives to earn this freedom, and it’s the youth’s responsibility to ensure that this freedom is used correctly. Together we should unite and try to make the country great.”
