The actress believes that fitness means having a healthy mind and body. She follows a nutrition-based diet coupled with regular workouts to keep fit. According to a Hindustan Times report, she starts her day with almonds and a gluten-free vegan diet. She also avoids oily and packaged foods. She eats light meals every two hours.
The actress has a healthy breakfast with chia pudding, almond milk, mixed seeds, pomegranate, and blueberries according to a Hindustan Times report. For lunch, she has a big bowl of dal, some veggies, rice, gluten-free rotis, and salad.
Her dinner consists of leafy salads and soup, sprouts, and avocado. In the same report, it’s mentioned that the actress eats avocado and chia seeds because it is really good for your body.
As for her workout regime, the actress is quite active. She works out 6 times a week regardless of her schedule or where she is. Even as a student the actress enjoyed going horseback riding, swimming, playing kabaddi, basketball, and just keeping active in general. Now her workout regimes consist of stretching, weight training and crossfit, yoga, Pilates, and even kickboxing. Hindustan Times reports that she loves stretches, yoga, and freehand exercises like lunges, squats, dhanur asanas, and Surya namaskar.
